What we do with your data.
Stage disclosure. Trustee OS is an early product in customer discovery. There is no production deployment, no client tenancy, no processing of real insolvency case data, and no formal privacy programme, certification or data-protection audit in force. This notice covers voluntary e-mail inquiries only. The clickable prototype uses synthetic data only.
This page covers the trusteeos.ai website. It does not cover a Trustee OS product handling case data, because no such product is deployed. If that changes, case data would be handled under a separate written agreement with each administrator.
This website has no inquiry, sign-up or early-access form. It does not collect your name, e-mail address or role, and it does not submit or store any data you type. The contact actions on the site simply open your own e-mail client.
If you choose to write to info@trusteeos.ai, we process what you send us for one purpose: to reply to you and to manage customer-discovery conversations. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list.
That correspondence sits in ordinary managed e-mail and cloud infrastructure. Those service providers process it on our instructions as part of delivering the mailbox, so we do not claim that nobody else can technically touch it.
Retention and deletion timelines are still under legal review and are not yet fixed. You can ask us at any time to delete or correct what you have sent, and under Brazil's LGPD and the GDPR you can also ask what we hold and object to us holding it. Write to info@trusteeos.ai; we handle those requests manually and do not claim any automated or certified process.
The site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.
